TriMin Government Solutions began working with county government in 1990. The first application was Land Records Management System (LRMS), an image-enabled solution for registering and recording Abstract and Torrens documents. As technology has advanced and our customers' needs changed, so have our capabilities. We’ve expanded our solutions to include online web access, electronic recording, optical character recognition software, anti-fraud software, bulk image download and a variety of other features that meet the needs of county recorders and registers of deeds.
As an industry leader, TriMin has a long history of involvement in industry organizations such as PRIA and NACRC. This has included leadership roles developing industry wide best practices, including the development of electronic recording standards. TriMin was an integral part of the launch of electronic recording across the country. The first electronically recorded document in Wisconsin was received using TriMin software in 2003.
